Went to downtown Anchorage coastal trail to take sunset pictures. I was standing about 15 feet from the beach on the mudflats. The Anchorage mudflats can be very dangerous. If you stand in one place for too long your feet will slowly sink. Every year Fire and rescue has to extracate someone along the mudflats due to this.

While waiting for the train to show up I took advantage of the beautiful field of wildflowers. This time of the year sunrise and sunset can last a couple of hours. This photo was taken at 9:30 pm. The sun wouldn't set for another couple of hours at 11:25pm.
